Riyabrata Mondal started Exzellent in Cottbus, Brandenburg, in July 2025, and leads it today. The company teaches German from A1 to C2 with native and expert teachers, then the skills and the career support to go with it: one path, language, then skills, then the job.
“We’ve officially started our company, Exzellent, with a mission to support education, integration, and innovation through an AI tech-driven, multilingual platform.”
Since then that sentence has taken a shape you can use: a placement test that is free, takes about ten minutes and needs no account; live classes with a teacher who knows your name; and Exzi, the AI companion that helps between classes and does not replace your teacher.
Two sides of one problem, worked on at once.
Skilled people who cannot get in on one side, employers who cannot fill the roles on the other. Exzellent works on both sides of it, so that the first German word leads to the first job, and nobody has to leave and find the next school on the way.
