Skill Lab and Growth Lab
Not an add-on: both are in the launch offer and in the Complete plan. 1-to-1 lessons are booked with credits.
What a referral code does.
During the launch offer everyone pays the launch price, so a code does not lower it. What a code can give is set by the code itself and checked on our servers when you sign up, not by anything typed into a browser.
With a code
Enter it when you sign up. During the launch offer a code does not change the price. A code can give a free period of full access, from one to twelve months, set by the code. What codes give after the launch offer ends will be set then.
Without a code
You get the same launch offer, the same prices while it lasts and the same 14-day full refund. After it, the monthly plans are at the price after the offer.
How to get one
Write to info@exzellent.co and tell us how you found Exzellent. Codes also come from our marketing partners and from authorised referrers — a teacher, an ambassador, or a learner who invited you. Ask them for theirs.
You set the rate. We handle booking, invoicing and payout.

What does the launch offer include?
Three months of full access for €49.99, one payment: your Language Lab course, with Skill Lab and Growth Lab alongside, AI tools, all classes and 3,500 credits. That is everything the Complete plan includes. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The monthly plans and the Market-Ready add-on are separate, and we say so rather than burying it.
How is the launch offer different from the Complete plan?
The access is the same. The launch offer is one payment of €49.99 for three months, with 3,500 credits, and then it ends. Complete is a subscription: €49.99 a month during the launch offer (€121.99 a month after it), 3,500 credits every month, renewing monthly until you cancel.
How does the refund work?
Write to us within fourteen days of paying and we refund the whole amount. We do not ask for a reason and we do not ask you to finish a form first. Between day 15 and day 30 we refund the value of the credits you have not spent; credits already spent on courses or sessions are not refunded, because the teaching they paid for has happened.
How do I get a referral code, and what does it do?
Write to info@exzellent.co, or ask a marketing partner or an authorised referrer — a teacher, an ambassador, or a learner who invited you. During the launch offer a code does not change the price: everyone pays the launch price. A code can give a free period of full access, from one to twelve months, set by the code. What codes give after the launch offer ends will be set then. We check it on our side when you sign up.
What are credits for?
Booking things in the catalogue: individual courses, classes and 1:1 teacher time. Each listing shows what it costs in credits before you enrol; 1-to-1 lessons and extra group classes cost more credits. The launch offer gives you 3,500 credits once, and a monthly plan adds its credits every month.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Starter, Language and Complete are subscriptions and renew every month until you cancel them. You can manage or cancel your plan with “Manage plan” in your account, or write to us. A cohort longer than a month is paid month by month: a two-month cohort is two monthly payments. The launch offer is a single payment of €49.99 and does not renew.
Why do some things say "price on request"?
Because we have not fixed that price yet. We would rather tell you when you ask than print a number we change on you a month later.
