Plans buy credits.
Courses and sessions in the catalogue are booked with credits. A plan tops them up every month, and each plan opens more of the platform. The price on the left of each card is what the checkout charges; where a standard price is shown beside it, the lower one is the invite price a referral code unlocks.

A code can be worth up to a year.
A referral code is the one thing that changes what you pay. It is checked on our servers when you sign up, so what it is worth is decided by the code itself, not by anything typed into a browser.
With a code
Enter it when you sign up. The code decides what you get — from one month to twelve months of full access, free — and the invite price on plans after that.
Without a code
You can still start today: the complete course for €49.99 with the 14-day full refund. Plans are at the standard price. Nothing is hidden; you are just not getting a referrer's benefit.
How to get one
Write to hello@exzellent.co and tell us how you found Exzellent. Codes also come from our marketing partners and from authorised referrers — a teacher, an ambassador, or a learner who invited you. Ask them for theirs.

Is €49.99 really everything?
For the Language Lab course, yes: every level from where you start, the live sessions, the teachers, the trainers and the mock exams. The add-ons above and the credit plans are separate and optional, and we say so rather than burying it.
How does the refund work?
Write to us within fourteen days of paying and we refund the whole amount. We do not ask for a reason and we do not ask you to finish a form first. Between day 15 and day 30 we refund the value of the credits you have not spent; credits already spent on courses or sessions are not refunded, because the teaching they paid for has happened.
How do I get a referral code?
Write to hello@exzellent.co, or ask a marketing partner or an authorised referrer — a teacher, an ambassador, or a learner who invited you. The code sets what you get, from one month to a year of full access, and we check it on our side when you sign up.
What are credits for?
Booking things in the catalogue: individual courses, discussion sessions and 1:1 teacher time. Each listing shows what it costs in credits before you enrol. A plan tops your balance up monthly.
Do plans renew automatically?
Plans are monthly subscriptions and renew until you cancel them, which you can do from your account. The €49.99 course is a single payment and does not renew.
Why is a price missing?
Because we have not agreed it yet. We would rather print "price to confirm" than a number we change on you a month later.
