Courses at your level
Enrol in a live course at your CEFR level. The courses open now are listed above.
Pronunciation check
Read a sentence aloud in the Speech Lab and get a pronunciation score with what it heard. In your dashboard, after sign-in.
CEFR placement A1–C2
A placement test of about ten minutes puts you on the CEFR scale, so you start at your level rather than guessing.
Exzi between sessions
Ask Exzi about words, grammar, your course or your homework. It answers questions; it does not replace your teacher.
Vocabulary review
New words come back for review at spaced intervals, so they are practised rather than crammed.
Conversations with a tutor
Book a tutor and rehearse the conversations you will have: ordering a coffee, a job interview, a call with a landlord.

Real people, real conversations
Browse freely, no account needed. Between lessons Exzi answers questions about words, grammar and homework; a tutor is who you speak with.

From first word to your next level
Place yourself
A placement test of about ten minutes finds your CEFR level — or start at zero, that's fine too.
Practise between sessions
Exzi answers questions about words, grammar and your homework; the flashcards in each lesson bring words back for review.
Speak with people
Book a tutor and speak. This is where it stops being theory.
Prove it
Your dashboard shows a CEFR estimate from your lesson quizzes. Exam-preparation courses and tutors help with the certificate you need.
