Pages pick clips by section and order, so adding a clip is two files and one entry, no code change. src is the file WITHOUT its extension; formats says which files exist beside it (webm first, the smaller one). placeholder:true marks a stand-in borrowed from /site-assets/clips/everything until the real recording arrives; the problems stand-ins are 5 s windows cut from those site recordings by npm run build:clips -- --stand-ins, and sourceOf names the recording each was cut from (drop a real recording with the same id into assets/clips-src/ and npm run build:clips replaces it and clears both marks): npm run check:clips lets a stand-in run longer than its section allows and counts how many are left. A full https src is taken as it is; a site path gets media.clipBaseUrl from site-config.json in front, so a CDN is one edit there. Run npm run check:clips after any change.",
